Ben specializes in active land sales and development, tenant/buyer representation, landlord representation and investment sales and analysis. Alongside his partner, Ken Jones, Ben is a co-market leader with the Jones Industrial Team brokerage unit. Since joining Lee & Associates, Ben has consistently been one of the highest producing and grossing associates in the firm. He is committed to a client first approach allowing him to provide a high level of service and his attention to detail creates measurable value for his clients. Whether leasing, buying or selling commercial real estate, he ensures his clients and customers are treated fairly and professionally. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he played collegiate lacrosse.
