CAREER SUMMARY:

Mr. Jones is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and a graduate of the University ofSouthern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He began his career inreal estate in 2005 at Lee & Associates-Ontario while attending and working towards his collegedegree. Mr. Jones continued his practice of real estate at Lee & Associates-Ontario throughoutthe remainder of his college career and began a full time position immediately following hisgraduation in 2007 at the Ontario office.

Mr. Jones specializes in the leasing, sales and development of industrial buildings in the InlandEmpire West and East markets. In addition to applying an emphasis on long term relationships,Mr. Jones has placed ethics and integrity at the forefront of his business practices. Herepresents sellers, buyers, developers, landlords, tenants and investors in real estate transactionsand consulting assignments. He has established himself as one of the leading experts of realestate needs for Industrial buildings primarily in the Inland Empire West and East markets.

Mr. Jones has consistently been one of the top producing associates in the Ontario office sincehis inception in the firm. In 2018 Mr. Jones was nominated and became a Senior Vice President/Principal at Lee & Associates – Ontario becoming one of the youngest agents to be given suchtitle. He has continued to base his business model around long standing relationships, hardwork ethic and integrity. Throughout his time in the Inland Empire, he has built and maintainedrelationships with institutional landlords, local business owners and building owners, as well ascity officials in his market. All of those qualities, along with his strong work ethic has enabledhim to become one of the most respected presences in the market. Using these qualities asthe foundation of his business practice and paired with his production in real estate sales andleasing, in 2020 Mr. Jones received the prestigious designation as member of the Society ofIndustrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) becoming one of only 3,200 Real Estate Agents in theworld to receive such designation.
