CAREER SUMMARY:

Cole McFetters commenced his real estate journey with Lee & Associates in 2022, specializing in the Leasing, Sales, and Development of Industrial Buildings in the Inland Empire West and East Markets. His primary objective is not only to assist clients but also to bring substantial value to ensure success in their real estate decisions. Prior to joining Ken Jones and Ben Palitz, Cole played a vital role in Lee & Associates Ontario’s marketing and research department. There, he supported senior partners in strategically marketing their clients’ properties.

Before his tenure at Lee & Associates, Cole attended Texas Christian University, where he double-majored in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He also served as an officer in the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, taking on roles such as recruitment chair and alumni chair.
